
The African Leadership Festival created an opportunity for Africa Career Networks to recognise individuals and organisations contributing meaningfully to its leadership ecosystem.
Eight individuals and two organisations were recognised for their leadership, service, ecosystem-building, and impactful contributions to the ACN ecosystem.

- Arnold Katende – AL for Agribusiness
- Suzan Mutoni – AL for Professional Services
- Efua Agyare-Kumi – AL for the Arts
- Tony Onazi Oche – AL for Governance
- Pout Chop Jal – AL for Infrastructure

These awards symbolise and reflect the value they create, the communities they serve, and the systems they help strengthen.

As the Festival came to a close, one message remained clear: Africa’s future will require leaders who are willing to collaborate, serve, innovate, and act with integrity. The relationships formed, ideas exchanged, and questions raised can become the foundation for action long after the gathering. Building a stronger Africa requires a collective responsibility, and the future depends on what we choose to build together.
