Dr. Kedei Ibiang is a public health leader known for her ability to seamlessly integrate clinical expertise with adept project management skills, resulting in the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance health systems. She earned her bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and has furthered her education by obtaining pertinent public health certifications from esteemed institutions worldwide.

Meet Tinyiko Nyathi, a dynamic UX strategist driven by a fervent passion for professional development, social impact, and STEM initiatives. With a rich background in project development and management, Tinyiko blends her expertise in UX strategy, project management, content creation, and design thinking to approach every endeavour with mindfulness and a competitive edge. Armed with a BA degree in Development and Management from Northwest University, Tinyiko has honed her skills and knowledge to become a force for positive change in the fields of health and education.

A health advocate and entrepreneur passionate about the use of entrepreneurship to bridge the gap in quality healthcare disparities, particularly for people living with sickle cell. He recently moved to Africa Health Holdings Limited (AHH) after four years at Sickle Cell International Foundation where he managed the strategy and execution of its mission. At ALA, he founded a student enterprise that introduced a successful line of low-cost nutritious meals, which ultimately became the highest-grossing student enterprise.

Recent Quest University Canada graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Public Health. Her passion is building systems that promote fair and equitable distribution of healthcare resources. Over the years, Tharcille has contributed to projects addressing socio-economic factors’ impact on the health and wellbeing of the population(s). She has worked with NGOs providing primary health services in Rwanda and Uganda, as well as a pharmacy assistant and medical office assistant in Canada.

Tafadzwa holds an MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Oxford. He is an Oxford in Berlin Research Scholar who supports work in digital health and global vaccines access. Passionate about Public Health, he has four years of experience in clinical research and programmatic work. He co-led the development of a grant application package that was awarded a $500,000 grant from Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, to help support immunization systems strengthening work in Zimbabwe.

Courage is a global health professional with 10+ years of experience working on building health systems and improving health outcomes on the African continent. Over the last few years, he has been working on saving women and adolescent girls’ lives by increasing access to lifesaving contraceptives. Courage has a liberal arts background with a dual BA degree in Biochemistry/Biophysics and History from Amherst College and a master’s in Global Health and Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh. Courage is passionate about using technology and entrepreneurship to improve healthcare access.

A qualified pharmacist, registered with the Lesotho, Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Council (LMDPC). Thato holds an MPhil in Health Systems and Public Health and is a PhD candidate in Public Health. An aspiring Health Systems Specialist, Thato has experience in research conceptualization, design, implementation, and evaluation. Thato worked at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Lesotho, where she introduced an Advanced HIV Disease (AHD) package of care to all hospitals and health centers, achieving 95% coverage in district hospitals. Thato currently works at CHAI Laos as a TB/ HIV Associate, where she supports the national rollout and introduction of optimal ARV and TB commodities.

Orein’s interest primarily lies in the impact and role of Nano biomedicine and Technopreneurship in creating sustainable innovations and business opportunities on the African Continent.
