As an accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience, Lerato has gained a wealth of expertise in various industries, including retail, industrial chemicals manufacturing, global logistics, law, and youth development. Throughout her career, Lerato has been driven by her passion for developing young leaders and having a lasting impact on the African continent. Lerato consistently leverages her expertise in branding, marketing, and business development to drive growth and success for the organizations she serves. Her various leadership roles in brand management, marketing, and business development have given Lerato a comprehensive understanding of the business world and the tools needed to succeed. Lerato manages a global portfolio of employer relationships and other stakeholders, identifying opportunities to promote career development and growth for young leaders.

Michelle Peters
Employer Engagement & Partnerships associate

Michelle is an entrepreneur at heart whose vision is to inspire, motivate and teach entrepreneurship, leadership and holistic health management. She coaches executives who run small to medium sized enterprises, mentors’ youth from across the African Continent and specialises in Early Career Graduate Recruitment in order to help young people accelerate their careers. Michelle is dedicated to putting a spotlight on gender equality and women’s rights, as well as bringing unheard women’s voices front and center and manages the Africa. Michelle holds an Introduction to Food and Health certificate from Stanford University offered through Coursera and holds a certificate in Executive Coaching and Management from the University of Cape Town. Her passion is to use what she has learned to help other people with the education and tools to develop strategies to make lasting lifestyle adjustments that bolster overall wellness, and disease management.

Faith Muange
Disability & Inclusivity Lead

Faith is a sign language evangelist born and raised in Kenya. She studied marketing at the University of Nairobi for her undergraduate and after that, she went on a fellowship program at the University of Hawaii to study inclusive education and majored in Deaf studies. Having grown up with Deaf siblings Faith is passionate about Education and disability mainstreaming. She has previously run an Ed-Tech startup and worked for Choosito Inc! an AI-powered platform for education. Her passion is human-centered solutions and impact on the continent. Faith loves documentaries, music, and traveling.
