Academic Success Team

Operating at the interface of academic support and professional readiness, the Academic Success Team helps students from underrepresented backgrounds gain the skills, confidence and networks needed to transition from school to workplace.
With a focus on inclusive access, the team supports young women, persons with disabilities and first-generation graduates to excel academically and professionally, ensuring that talent, not circumstance, determines opportunity.

Shasha Network

Shasha Network supports young people in discovering their purpose and shaping meaningful careers. Through an engaging online program, participants are guided to understand their strengths, values, and aspirations while learning essential skills in self-leadership, career exploration, personal branding, and mentorship.
Through care and guidance, Shasha Network helps students gain the confidence and clarity to stand out and step into their future with purpose.

Konexio

Konexio is dedicated to making digital technology accessible to everyone. By offering practical learning experiences that build both digital and soft skills, Kenexio empowers individuals to thrive in today’s connected world. Through its Initiation, Discovery, and Career-track courses, they help learners gain confidence, enhance employability, and engage meaningfully in the digital economy. Kenexio believes in inclusion, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, has the chance to learn, grow, and succeed.

Education Needs All

Driven by the belief that education can transform lives, this youth-led nonprofit empowers young people across South Sudan and Africa through learning, innovation, and global citizenship. Its work focuses on providing talented but underprivileged youth with access to quality education, scholarships, and leadership opportunities. By nurturing potential and encouraging peace-driven leadership, the organization helps young people overcome barriers and build a brighter, more inclusive future.

The Afara Initiative

Dedicated to empowering outstanding university students, this initiative equips young leaders with the skills, confidence, and networks needed to shape meaningful careers and drive change across Nigeria and beyond. Through immersive training, workshops, and real-world projects, participants develop critical thinking, leadership, and digital skills that prepare them for today’s dynamic world of work. The program also connects students to mentors and industry partners, opening doors to high-growth opportunities and impactful leadership roles.

Believing in the power and potential of young people, Restless Development supports youth across Uganda to lead change in their communities and beyond. Through its programs, it empowers diverse young individuals to advocate for equal access to decent work, quality public services, and opportunities that ensure a dignified and fulfilling life for all. Committed to empowering young people and communities, Oneworld Benin equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to build better futures. Through programs in education, health, and entrepreneurship, the organization promotes equality, leadership, and opportunity, creating pathways for youth and vulnerable groups to thrive and shape a brighter tomorrow.

Africa Matters Initiative

Africa Matters Initiative (AMI) exists to upskill and empower Africa’s Youth to create the world they want for themselves, their communities, and the continent. We are building African leaders and empowering them to change their communities and own their narratives. One of our core beliefs is that ‘We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.’ It serves as a reminder that young Africans have the power and capacity to take hold of their futures, and inspire a ripple affect to the rest of the continent.

Kadiwaku Foundation

Kadiwaku Foundation is dedicated to promoting the social and economic inclusion of young people with disabilities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We envision a society where persons with disabilities are fully integrated, valued for their capabilities, and empowered to achieve their potential.
Kadiwaku is on a mission to transform the lives of youth with disabilities through entrepreneurship, employment support, and digital skills development. They advocate for youth rights, challenge stereotypes, and create opportunities that bridge the gap between ability and opportunity.

Masaf Development

MASAF Development Organization (MDO) is a youth-driven, impact-focused nonprofit organization committed to empowering underserved and marginalized communities across Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa. MASAF Development Organization empowers underserved and marginalized communities-especially youth, women, IDPs, and persons with disabilities-by providing inclusive access to skills, education, digital opportunities, networks, and essential resources that enable them to build sustainable livelihoods, create jobs, and strengthen resilience. We develop future innovators, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders equipped to drive economic growth, advance social inclusion, and contribute to resilient, thriving communities.

NAYLDIS

NAYLDIS, Next African Youth Leaders for Development, Impact, and Sustainability, is a registered youth-led and youth-serving nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering African youth. Our mission is to train, inspire, and empower young leaders to contribute meaningfully to the sustainable development of their communities. Through mentorship, skills development, and entrepreneurship support programs, NAYLDIS aims to create a positive and lasting impact. We believe in an Africa where every young person has the opportunity to realize their potential and play a key role in building a better and prosperous future.

Sahel Development

Sahel Développement is a non-profit, apolitical and non-denominational organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of communities across the Sahel region. In response to growing challenges driven by climate change, insecurity, and socio-economic vulnerability, the organization works to strengthen resilience, expand opportunity, and empower populations—especially women, children, and young people.
Through community-driven partnerships with civil society, government,s and development actors, Sahel Développement advances access to education, healthcare, WASH services, environmental protection, and sustainable livelihoods. Guided by principles of human rights, gender equality, and community participation, the organization transforms aspirations into practical opportunities for social mobility, entrepreneurship, and long-term community development.

Kuelimika Kwa Africa is a youth-led pan-African organization dedicated to transforming the continent’s leadership landscape by empowering young Africans to lead, innovate, and realize their full potential. Rooted in an understanding of the challenges facing governance and development across the continent, our work centers on mentorship, skills development, innovation, and meaningful networking, preparing the next generation of change-makers for impactful leadership roles.
