As founder of A-Elevate Business Innovations Uganda Limited, Judith leads a movement that bridges innovation, skill-building, and enterprise development. Under her leadership, A-Elevate has launched transformative projects such as the Resilient Hands Initiative in West Nile. This initiative supports refugee women and persons with disabilities through vocational training and inclusive product design. Participants acquire income-generating skills while developing business management competencies. Judith’s hands-on mentorship cultivates innovation, confidence, and social responsibility, positioning youth and women as key agents of Uganda’s economic renewal.

As a mentor with programs such as Mercedes-Benz Fellowship and Women in Technology Uganda, she helps emerging leaders refine entrepreneurial ideas and develop sustainable business models. Her mentorship at Makerere University and Einstein Rising fosters confidence, creativity, and accountability among the next generation of African changemakers.

At the Innovation Village, Judith coordinated impactful projects empowering women social entrepreneurs through the HerStart Program with Youth Challenge International. Her coordination improved access to catalytic funding and technical support, helping startups achieve scalability. Through these partnerships, she bridges resources and impact, building an African ecosystem of innovation rooted in collaboration, integrity, and measurable social value.
