AL for Health, in partnership with ELMA Philanthropies, is thrilled to announce the second edition of the AL for Health Co-Creation Fund! This initiative empowers African Leadership for Health network members to lead impactful projects that address pressing health challenges across the continent. Through collaboration and innovation, this fund supports initiatives that drive meaningful change and improve health outcomes in African communities.

Application Criteria:

* At least two applicants must be active AL for Health network members in good standing (either MCF and/or ALA alumni).

* Proposed projects should address critical health needs in African communities. Initiatives must demonstrate social responsibility and a commitment to positive impact.

* The project budget must not exceed $1,800.

* Micro-finance projects or ventures solely providing monetary support to charities, individuals, or organizations will not be considered.

* Projects must have clear, measurable goals and a realistic budget.

Team Composition:

* Each team must have at least four members, including one ALA Alumni and one MCF scholar.

* ALA/MCF Alumni can collaborate with non-network members, provided that an ALA network member leads the project and takes accountability for execution and finances.

* Top 10 Selection Announcement: February 24, 2025

* Top 10 Interviews & Presentations: March 3 – March 7, 2025

* Top 5 Teams Announcement: March 11, 2025

* March 14 – June 24, 2025
