AL for Health Program Report

This report captures how the AL for Health Network has strengthened Africa’s health ecosystem by empowering and connecting young health leaders across the continent.

Between 2022 and 2025, the network reached 992 members across 46 countries, facilitated 250+ professional placements, delivered individualized coaching, and launched its inaugural Research Fellowship to advance youth-led health research and innovation.

The report shares key impact data, spotlight stories, and a bold vision to scale youth-driven health leadership across all 54 African countries.
