As part of the Academic Success ELEVATE Program, the Academic Success Foundation (TAS Foundation), an ACN Affiliate in Ghana, designed and delivered three Sector Innovation Challenges — the Agri-Co-Create Challenge, Health Co-Create Challenge, and the Work-from-Anywhere Challenge in partnership with AmaliTech.
Between June and August 2025, a total of 124 participants took part, working in teams to design practical solutions that addressed community issues in health and agriculture, as well as organizational challenges in professional services. These challenges produced 10 youth-led projects now being implemented, and distributed a shared prize pool of USD 6,000 to winning teams.

Beyond competition, the challenges also served as internship equivalents, providing young innovators with hands-on experience, mentorship, and direct employer engagement. This model has demonstrated that when young Africans are trusted to innovate, they deliver creative, practical, and scalable solutions while gaining professional skills to thrive in the workplace.
