Africa Career Networks, in partnership with Mastercard Foundation invites your organization to become an ACN Affiliate.

Our commitment is to accelerate career pathways of young leaders who can address Africa’s grand challenges in key sectors such as agribusiness, education, healthcare, governance, infrastructure, professional services and the arts. 

ACN’s Affiliate Program is a multi-year contract to recruit program participants and facilitate job and internship opportunities in these 7 sectors. In the application guide, you will find a list of eligibility requirements, documents, and images needed to submit a compelling application.

Located in critical geographies, with a firm background working with young people in Africa, ACN Affiliates have two powerful roles – to improve career readiness in young people and establish employer relationships to secure dignified career opportunities. Affiliates are equipped with ACN’s unique programming to effectively support our vast network of high-potential African youth. This programming includes:

• Program participant training;
• Employer engagement;
• Safeguarding, DEI awareness and enablement;
• Network building strategies; and
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting.
